EasyDubbing – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyDubbing application ("EasyDubbing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using EasyDubbing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

EasyDubbing is a software application that enables users to upload audiovisual content and generate dubbed or translated video and audio outputs using automated processes, including artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use EasyDubbing. By using the app, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of EasyDubbing, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use the same account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be used fraudulently.

4. Payments and Credits

4.1 Credit System

EasyDubbing operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use certain features and services within the app. Credits may be purchased through the app using supported payment methods.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 No Refunds

All purchases of credits are final. No refunds will be offered for purchased credits, whether used or unused. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4.4 Credit Expiration

Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits do not expire. However, we reserve the right to implement expiration policies with reasonable notice to users.

4.5 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing errors.

5. User Content

3.1 Uploaded Assets

You may upload videos, audio files, subtitles, or related media ("Uploaded Assets") to use EasyDubbing's features.

You retain full ownership of your Uploaded Assets.

3.2 Generated Content

Content generated by EasyDubbing based on your Uploaded Assets ("Generated Content") belongs to you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

6. No AI Training Use

EasyDubbing does not use Uploaded Assets or Generated Content for AI training, model improvement, or dataset creation. Your content is processed solely to provide the requested service.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Uploaded Assets and Generated Content are stored temporarily to operate the service.
• You may request deletion of your Uploaded Assets and Generated Content at any time.
• Deletion requests will be completed within 72 hours.

Deletion requests can be made via:

• In-app controls (if available), or
• Contacting support at support@tritechlabs.co

Once deleted, content cannot be recovered.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process your content.
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You will not use EasyDubbing for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Upload content you do not have permission to use
• Use the app to create misleading, defamatory, or illegal material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service

10. Third-Party Services

EasyDubbing may rely on third-party APIs or infrastructure to function. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.

11. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

EasyDubbing is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of generated results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDubbing shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or business
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EasyDubbing harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the app
• Your Uploaded Assets
• Violation of these Terms

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using EasyDubbing at any time.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of EasyDubbing after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
